JVC-LA Project Management Alliance is a joint venture between J. Vollbrecht Consulting (JVC), a woman- and service-disabled-veteran-owned small business; and Longenecker and Associates (L&A). L&A has entered into a mentor-protégé agreement with JVC through the U.S. Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program.

JVC-LA Project Management Alliance combines L&A’s core capabilities in mission and regulatory assurance, project delivery, and field operations support with JVC’s expertise in project management, data analysis and portfolio management, risk management, alternatives analysis, and technical writing.
